Quality Engineer

- Supplier development, leading the quality audit work during the development phase;
- Promote the analysis, improvement, and enhancement of supplier quality, as well as the closure of 8D reports.
- Establish, update, and maintain an open issue list for suppliers, and urge them to promptly and effectively resolve issues.
- Lead the PPAP recognition of suppliers and promote their development in accordance with the APQP process
Job Qualifications:
- College degree or above, with at least 2 years of relevant work experience in the same position.
- Familiar with the seven major quality techniques and 8D work techniques, with strong logical thinking, able to independently analyze customer complaint issues and effectively develop solutions;
- Good logical analysis and communication skills, with strong teamwork spirit;
- Priority given to experience in the packaging and printing industry.
- Good English speaking skills
