Quality Supervisor

Qualification:

• Graduate of any Engineering course
• Proven experience in quality assurance or quality control is an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ensure that customer requirements are clearly defined, understood, and effectively communicated to all relevant departments
2. Oversee and ensure that all products and processes comply with customer specifications and standards
3. Monitor and enforce adherence to quality procedures, policies, and manuals across operations
4. Implement necessary actions to maintain and improve product quality and operational practices
5. Lead investigation and implementation of corrective and preventive actions for any non-conformances
6. Take charge of new model quality activities, ensuring smooth and compliant product launches
