Job Description: Sales Support / Assistant for Premium

We are looking for a dedicated Sales Support / Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to our sales team. The role ensures smooth day-to-day operations, helps manage client relationships, and assists in achieving sales targets by handling key back-office tasks and coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team with preparing proposals, quotations, billing, inventory, contracts, and presentations.
  • Maintain and update customer databases & sales records.
  • Handle order processing, invoicing, and coordination with logistics or production teams.
  • Provide timely responses to client inquiries and follow up on pending requirements.
  • Coordinate schedules, arrange meetings, and prepare necessary materials for sales activities.
  • Monitor sales performance reports, pipeline status, and prepare monthly/weekly summaries.
  • Support marketing and promotional activities related to sales campaigns and events.
  • Ensure proper documentation and filing of contracts, agreements, and correspondence.
  • Liaise with internal departments to address customer needs and support after-sales service.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the Sales Manager or Department Head.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not always required).
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative role (fresh graduates with strong potential may also apply).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and preferably familiar with CRM tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with a proactive and customer-focused attitude.
  • Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
