Technical Sales Engineer

About the role

As a Technical Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise, supporting sales initiatives, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service.

• Providing technical consultations and solutions to clients, helping them identify the best products and services to meet their needs
• Preparing detailed proposals, quotations, and technical specifications for potential customers
• Collaborating with the engineering team to develop customized solutions for clients
• Demonstrating and presenting Watermatic's products and services to clients
• Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and identifying new business opportunities
• Monitoring industry trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve
• Assisting with the implementation and commissioning of Watermatic's solutions at client sites
• Providing post-sales support and troubleshooting to ensure customer satisfaction

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical sales or engineering role, preferably in the sales engineering industry
• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of mechanical systems, equipment, and components
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present technical information to clients
• Problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and provide tailored solutions for clients
• Familiarity with relevant industry regulations, standards, and certifications
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed
