Job Overview

Provide sales and procurement administrative support to Account Managers to achieve overall customer satisfaction in an effective and timely manner.

• Perform sales-related administrative tasks in both pre-sales and after-sales processes, including but not limited to quotation preparation, procurement, order processing, invoicing, and other account management-related tasks
• Communicate with suppliers and internal company members as required
• Work closely with other Account Support Officers and Account Managers, including Cebu and Perth engineers, on a day-to-day basis to meet client needs

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or any related field
• Relevant experience in Sales Support, Procurement, or an administrative role is highly regarded
• Fresh graduates with strong academic performance and keen attention to detail are encouraged to apply
• Basic understanding of procurement processes and procedures
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good command of both verbal and written English
• Well-organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• Team player with a collaborative mindset
• Willingness to express ideas and contribute to team discussions
• Strong customer-first mindset
