The Supervisor I - Data Analytics- Operations Management plays a critical role in managing day-to-day operations for Business intelligence and Data Analytics.

This position ensures compliance with client requirements, regulatory standards, and internal processes while driving operational efficiency and team performance. The Supervisor supports the Operations Manager by overseeing staff, maintaining quality assurance, facilitating training, and ensuring accurate and timely completion of business analytics projects.

Acting as a liaison between management and frontline teams, this role is essential in delivering exceptional service and maintaining strong client relationships.

Job Description
  • Identify, standardize, and share best practices across Sales and Sales Support teams to improve pipeline management, revenue performance, and sales effectiveness.
  • Provide expert, data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to support sales operations, forecasting, territory performance, quota attainment, and strategic sales initiatives.
  • Serve as the Sales Analytics Project Manager, overseeing the analytics project pipeline and acting as a consultant in gathering, qualifying, and translating sales business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Lead large-scale sales analytics initiatives involving multiple sales teams, regional leaders, and senior management.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and technical direction to analytics team members to ensure high-quality sales reporting and insights delivery.
  • Partner with Sales Operations and Sales Leadership to design and deliver analytics solutions that drive revenue growth, improve conversion rates, and optimize sales processes.
  • Evaluate sales analytics solutions to determine total cost of ownership and identify opportunities for efficiency, automation, and cost reduction.
  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for sales data, including CRM data models, ETL processes, and the end-to-end sales analytics portfolio.
  • Apply strong technical expertise in SQL, Salesforce Reports & Dashboards, and Tableau dashboard development to build scalable, accurate, and insight-driven sales analytics solutions.
  • Translate complex sales data into clear, compelling, and executive-ready dashboards and reports that enable data-driven sales decisions.
  • Act as backup to the Analytics Supervisor/Manager as needed, ensuring continuity of leadership for sales analytics operations.
  • Participate in structured onboarding and training programs covering sales operations, enablement tools, and leadership fundamentals
  • Learn to manage day-to-day operations of a business analytics team, including performance monitoring, coaching, and reporting.
  • Understand and apply sales enablement tools such as CRM platforms, Gong, and Power BI dashboards, tableau
  • Collaborate with Sales Trainers and Segment Managers to support team readiness and productivity

Qualifications:

  • Must be willing to work in shifting schedules (morning, mid, night shift)
  • Must possess a bachelor's degree, in any field
  • Data Analytics/Science background required
  • Proven experience leading a team (preferably a data analytics team)
  • Proven experience BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense, or similar)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities within tight deadlines to accomplish
  • Strong attention to detail with ability to identify missing information, errors, trends, and areas of concern with quote routines and product components
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment and flexibility to adapt to changes in client and management direction
  • Thorough understanding of complex system support environment
  • Effectively apply analytical and problem-solving skills to accurately diagnose code/program/system problem causes and generate potential solutions
  • Ability to recognize and escalate problems and act accordingly to seek assistance, to ensure work and learning objectives are achieved within established standards.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, listen actively and comprehend, possess technical writing skills, follow directions and process accurately, have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
