Sales Data Analyst

The Data Analyst for the Domestic Sales – Sales Operations Group is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and transforming sales and operational data into actionable insights that drive business performance. This role focuses on supporting domestic sales teams through data-driven reporting, Power BI dashboards, and analytics solutions that enhance decision-making, sales tracking, and operational efficiency.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports to monitor domestic sales performance and KPIs.
• Analyze sales data, trends, and customer/product performance to generate actionable insights.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis to support sales planning, forecasting, and business reviews.
• Build and optimize data models, DAX measures, and visualizations in Power BI.
• Manage data extraction and integration from multiple sources (e.g., ERP, CRM, databases).
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data across all reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to translate business needs into data solutions.
• Support user access, report publishing, and maintenance in Power BI Service (including RLS if needed).
• Provide guidance to users on dashboards and self-service reporting tools.
• Contribute to data governance, KPI standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Finance, or related field.
• Has knowledge in Sales (General Trade, Modern Trade, E-Commerce, Trade Marketing, etc.)
• At least 3+ years experience in a Data Analyst or BI role
• With knowledge and experience in performing tasks related to Power BI, Databases (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.), Data Modeling (star schema, fact & dimension tables), Cloud Data platforms (Azure, Snowflake, BigQuery, AWS)
