Workforce Specialist

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Monitor employee attendance, schedules, and staffing requirements
  • Prepare and manage shift schedules and workforce allocations
  • Coordinate with supervisors regarding manpower needs and staffing concerns
  • Maintain accurate employee records, attendance logs, and reports
  • Assist with onboarding, and documentation processing
  • Handle administrative and clerical tasks related to workforce operations
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, attendance guidelines, and operational procedures
  • Respond to employee concerns regarding schedules, leave requests, and attendance
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly workforce reports
  • Support operational efficiency by ensuring proper staffing coverage

Qualifications:

  • Must have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or any related-field.
  • Fresh college graduates without experience are encouraged to apply for the position.
  • Previous experience in workforce management, scheduling, operations, or customer service is a plus, but not required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google applications, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook (or Docs, Sheets, Slides)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reporting
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee and company information
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, or holidays if required
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Professional attitude and strong work ethic
  • Fast learner with the ability to adapt to changing operational needs
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate with different departments
  • Willing to undergo training and continuous learning programs.
  • Amenable to work on-site.
  • Available to start immediately.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in BPO, retail, logistics, or operations environments
  • Basic data analysis and reporting skills
  • Familiarity with attendance and payroll processes
  • Strong customer service orientation
