Marketplace Account Support Specialist | Onsite | Start ASAP
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-driven Marketplace Account Support Specialist with strong Amazon experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment. If you enjoy solving problems, managing multiple tasks, and working behind the scenes to keep e-commerce operations running smoothly, this role is for you.
You’ll work directly with marketplace operations, performance reporting, listings, and account health—making a real impact on brand growth.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage weekly and monthly performance reports to track marketplace growth
- Maintain listings, troubleshoot errors, and ensure catalog accuracy
- Handle cases related to account health, inventory, and content
- Write POAs and appeals when needed
- Manage A-Z claims, feedback, returns, and chargebacks
- Upload enhanced content, storefront updates, and brand assets
- Support promotions and marketplace campaigns
- Keep systems organized and tasks on track
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years Amazon account management experience (required)
- Experience with listings, bulk uploads, and case management
- Familiar with inventory + shipping workflows
- Strong skills in Excel, Google Sheets, Asana, Slack, Dropbox, Gmail
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Fast learner with strong problem-solving skills
