Job Title: Human Resource management Assistant - Expat
Job Description:
** Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR Files, records and documentation for both local and expatriate staff.
** Assist with visa related concerns of expatriate employees.
** Assist with the recruitment process, including reviewing applications, scheduling interviews and coordinating with the hiring managers.
Qualifications/Requirements
** Must be fluent in multiple languages, especially those spoken by expats.** Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work and maintain accurate records is essential.
** Familiarity with immigration and labor laws relevant to the company’s location and the expat’s home countries is important.
