Job Description

• Provide pick-up service for new students and check dormitory for new student’s occupancy.
• Provide a student’s consultation (managing the student’s complaints, inquires and questions).
• Assist and report all aspects of school operation to the Manager.
• Manage and update website, blog, Facebook and/or any marketing resources.
• Monitor and support a new agency as well as our connecting agencies and so on.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, Communications, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in administrative support, student services, or customer service.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage students concerns and deliver excellent customer service.
• Basic knowledge of website management, blogging, and social media platforms
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with strong organizational and time management skills..
• Fluency in English is required, with additional language proficiency considered a plus.
