Sales & Marketing Officer (Living Idea)

Job description:

The Sales & Marketing Officer is responsible for executing and optimizing sales and marketing initiatives for Living Ideas. The role independently manages campaigns, digital platforms, and brand activations while contributing to strategy development and revenue growth.

RESPONSIBILITIESI. Sales Strategy & Execution

Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies aligned with revenue targets.

Conceptualize and execute promotional activities and campaigns.

Develop and optimize email marketing and direct marketing campaigns.

Track campaign performance, analyze results, and prepare reports for management.

Coordinate the rollout of ATL (print, TV, radio, OOH) and BTL (collaterals, brochures, in-store materials) campaigns.

II. Digital Sales & Analytics

Analyze consumer behavior data, web traffic, engagement, and marketplace performance (Lazada, Shopee, etc.).

Plan and manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).

Monitor digital trends and recommend improvements to increase reach and conversions.

Optimize digital campaigns to drive sales performance.

III. Brand Activations & Product Support

Manage product communication across platforms and support new product launches.

Monitor customer feedback and coordinate issue resolution.

Collaborate with product development teams on market research and new product introduction initiatives.

IV. Organization & Compliance

Oversee updating of inventory, sales, and customer databases.

Ensure accuracy in reporting and documentation.

Maintain confidentiality of company information.

Adhere to company SOPs and policies.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • At least 2–4 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in retail, furniture, lifestyle, or related industries.
  • Experience handling digital platforms and e-commerce marketplaces (Lazada, Shopee, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret sales and campaign data.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and results-driven.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
