About the role
At Cebu Landmasters, Inc.', we are seeking a talented Marketing Creatives to join our dynamic team. As a Marketing Creatives, you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual identity and marketing campaigns that drive the success of our real estate development projects.This is a full-time position based in Cebu City Cebu, where you will work collaboratively with our marketing and sales teams to create impactful and engaging content.
What you'll be doing- Conceptualise and design visually compelling marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, advertisements, social media graphics, and other promotional assets
- Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all marketing collateral
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to understand project requirements and translate them into effective visual solutions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design and marketing to continuously improve our creative output
- Ensure all design work adheres to brand guidelines and meets high-quality standards
- Provide support and guidance to other team members as needed
- A degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the real estate or marketing industry
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software
- Strong creative problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex requirements into visually compelling solutions
- Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for design
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work closely with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with real estate marketing trends and best practices
