REGISTERED CIVIL ENGINEER WITH EXPERIENCE IN HORIZONTAL & VERTICAL GOVERNMENT PROJECTS

• Maintain all documentation (POW, NTP, Variance Orders) to strictly comply with the standards of the Commission on Audit (COA) and Department of Budget and Management (DBM).
• Ensure all site activities and materials align with DPWH Standard Specifications (The Blue Book) for Airports and standards for airfield pavement.
• Systematically manage the project library, including Inspection and Completion Reports, ensuring they are audit-ready at all times.
• Perform daily/weekly progress tracking and analyze actual accomplishments against the S-Curve to identify slippage; generate consolidated technical and financial reports for management.
• Verify and compute quantities for horizontal infrastructure items, specifically Earthworks (using Average End Area Method), Sub-base, and Pavement layers.
• Prepare, follow up, and monitor the Statement of Work Accomplished (SWA) and progress billings to ensure timely payments from Procuring Entities (e.g., DOTr or DPWH).
• Update linked spreadsheets for Detailed Unit Price Analysis (DUPA) and Bills of Quantities (BOQ) using current ACEL equipment rates and market prices.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify that work quality meets the stringent smoothness and compaction tolerances required for runway surfaces.
• Produce accurate As-Built drawings using AutoCAD to reflect actual site conditions, supporting precise cost estimates and final billing.
• Collaborate with the project team to verify that all materials delivered to the site match the approved technical specifications and testing requirements.
• Perform other work-related tasks as assigned by his/her superior.
