We're looking for a PRC Licensed Civil Engineer who is resourceful, proactive, and confident in making decisions. If you're hands-on, adaptable, and enjoy leading construction projects from start to finish, we'd love to have you on our team.
Responsibilities- Supervise day-to-day construction activities.
- Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and technical standards.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and progress.
- Prepare project reports and documentation.
- Resolve site issues and make timely decisions.
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- PRC Licensed Civil Engineer (Required).
- At least 1–2 years of experience in residential and/or commercial construction.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Resourceful, flexible, adaptable, and able to work independently.
- Willing to visit and manage project sites.
