Finance Analyst

SMC Southern Access Link Expressway Corp., a subsidiary of San Miguel Holdings Corp. is currently in need of a Finance Analyst:

Job Description:

• Monitor and manage the Revolving Fund and Petty Cash Fund.
• Process replenishment and liquidation of funds in a timely manner.
• Verify supporting documents and ensure cash disbursements are properly authorized and documented.
• Coordinate with concerned departments regarding fund utilization, documentation, and reconciliation.
• Monitor and maintain fixed asset records.
• Conduct periodic inventory and reconciliation of fixed assets.
• Prepare accounting, financial, and other reports as required by management.
• Perform other accounting duties and ad hoc tasks as required by management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Must have at least 1-2 years of experience in General Accounting and Accounts Payable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP software is an advantage.
• Willing to be assigned in Calatagan, Batangas.
