Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts, Food Technology, Food Science or any related field
• Strong understanding of food preparation methods, preservation techniques and ingredients interactions
• Able to design and evaluate flavors and textures
• Effective communication skills for both technical reporting and cross-functional collaboration
• Familiar with food safety regulations and quality standards

• Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts, Food Technology, Food Science or any related field
• Strong background in pastry and dessert formulation
• Deep knowledge of ingredient functionality in pastry
• Effective communication skills for both technical reporting and cross-functional collaboration
• Familiar with food safety regulations and quality standards

• Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts, Food Technology, Food Science or any related field
• Familiar with different kinds of food preparation and food preservation methods, analysis and food processing equipment
• Strong knowledge of industry regulations and food safety standards
• Effective communication skills for both technical reporting and cross-functional collaboration

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Food Technology or any related field
• Preferably a Licensed Chemist/ Food Technologist/ Chemical Technician
• Able to operate electrical and non-electrical laboratory equipment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Attention to detail
