IT Specialist

IT Specialist is responsible for managing and maintaining the company's IT infrastructure, including computer systems, networks, servers, software, CCTV systems, and other technology-related equipment. This role provides technical support to employees, ensures the security and reliability of IT systems, and assists in implementing technology solutions that support business operations.

• Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and system issues.
• Install, configure, monitor, and maintain CCTV systems, including IP cameras, DVR/NVR units, and related equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve CCTV connectivity, recording, and camera performance issues.
• Manage and maintain LAN/WAN networks, routers, switches, wireless access points, and internet connectivity.
• Install, update, and maintain operating systems, software applications, antivirus, and security tools.
• Perform routine system maintenance, backups, and data recovery procedures.
• Manage user accounts, email accounts, system access, and password security.
• Monitor server performance and ensure system availability.
• Maintain IT inventory, software licenses, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors for IT equipment procurement, maintenance, and repairs.
• Provide technical support to employees and company branches.
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies and data protection standards.
• Assist in the setup and maintenance of biometric devices, VoIP systems, and other office technologies.
• Recommend improvements to enhance IT infrastructure and operational efficiency.
• Perform other IT-related duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience in installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining CCTV systems is required.
• Knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, Windows operating systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with routers, switches, firewalls, TCP/IP, and wireless networking.
• Basic knowledge of server administration, Active Directory, virtualization, and backup solutions is an advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Willing to travel to company branches and work beyond regular business hours when necessary.
