The IT Specialist is responsible for maintaining the organization's computer systems, networks, and IT infrastructure. This role provides technical support to users, ensures the security and reliability of IT systems, installs and configures hardware and software, and assists in implementing technology solutions that support business operations.
Qualifications/Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, networking, and computer hardware.
- Familiarity with virtualization, cloud platforms, and cybersecurity best practices is an advantage.
- Knowledge of backup and recovery procedures.
- Basic understanding of firewalls, switches, routers, and wireless networks.
