Role and Responsibilities:

Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and issues by identifying their needs, including questions about benefits, eligibility, and claims.
Guidance and Education: Educate customers on consumer-driven health care topics to help them manage their health and well-being. Assist in selecting the best benefit plan options and choosing quality care providers.
Intervention: Act on behalf of customers to assist with appointment scheduling or connect them with internal specialists when needed.
Resolution: Provide real-time resolutions or follow up comprehensively and promptly with members.

Job Qualifications:

Senior high school graduate - no experience required
College undergraduate - no experience required
Junior high school / high school graduate (old curriculum) - at least 12 months voice experience
Good communication skills
Ability to multi-task
Willingness to work onsite in Cebu IT Park
Willingness to work on shifting schedules
