Job Description

The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall branch operations to ensure smooth day-to-day activities. This position ensures excellent customer service, effective staff management, compliance with health and safety standards, and achievement of sales and profitability targets.

• Manage overall restaurant operations and ensure efficient daily workflow.
• Lead, supervise, and develop personnel to meet performance standards.
• Maintain customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and delivering excellent service.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels and implement cost control strategies.
• Prepare reports and analyze branch performance against weekly/monthly targets.
• Implement operational improvements to increase efficiency and profitability.

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in restaurant or food service management.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of local health and safety compliance requirements.
• Willing to be assigned in Mandaluyong City.
