About the role
Zirconia Inc' is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our premium brand restaurant Cutt and Grill located at Parqal Aseana Paranaque. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of all aspects of the restaurant, from staff management to customer service and financial oversight.This is a full-time position based in our Makati City location.
What you'll be doing- Supervising and leading a team of restaurant staff, including servers, chefs, and hosts, to deliver exceptional customer service
- Overseeing the restaurant's finances, including budget management, inventory control, and cost-saving initiatives
- Developing and implementing strategies to drive revenue, increase customer satisfaction, and enhance the overall dining experience
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and food hygiene regulations
- Collaborating with the culinary team to develop and refine the restaurant's menu
- Fostering a positive and productive work environment for all employees
- Representing the restaurant at industry events and networking opportunities
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a restaurant management role, preferably within the hospitality industry
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or any related courses
- Proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving operational excellence
- Strong financial management skills, including expertise in budgeting, cost control, and inventory management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with both customers and staff
- Thorough knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Passion for the culinary industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Proficiency in using restaurant management software and tools
