Mental Health Counselor (Fulltime)

We are looking for a qualified mental health professional to supporting employees through professional psychological consultation and clinical care. This role involves delivering counseling support, managing client cases, and providing crisis intervention services across multiple communication channels.

• Performs assessment and evaluate personnel’s mental & emotional concerns and provide various psychological interventions (eg. CBT / ACT) to identify unique challenges and treatment.
• Provides counseling and therapy sessions, implementing treatment plans to help them gain insights, develop coping skills and improve mental health.
• Provides crisis intervention, crisis assessment, and consultation with external EAP providers when necessary to ensure personnel’s safety.
• Promote workplace wellbeing and connect personnels with available community resources, support groups or additional services.
• Conduct workshop training, surveys and health-risk assessments regularly to raise awareness on mental-health well being.
• Prepare and maintain reports necessary to carry out functions of operations
• Work collaboratively with internal and external colleagues as part of a multi-disciplinary mental health team
• Conducts assessments of an organization's current health status to identify any potential risks to employees

• Degree in Clinical Psychology or Counseling Psychology only
• Must be a Licensed Registered Psychologist (RPsy) or Registered Guidance Counselor (RGC) with a valid Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) license in the Philippines.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in counseling, clinical practice, or wellbeing programs is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of professional ethics in psychological practice.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer proficiency for documentation and communication tasks.
• Ability to work with diverse clients and organizational environments.
