To provide comprehensive guidance and counselling services to support the academic, emotional, and social development of students.
To assist students in overcoming personal, academic, and social challenges.
To promote mental health awareness and well-being within the college community.
To collaborate with faculty and staff to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
Qualifications/Requirements- Master’s Degree in Guidance and Counseling.
- Licensed Guidance Counselor.
- At least 2-3 years of counseling experience, preferably in a school setting.
- Experience in crisis intervention and mental health counseling is preferred.
- Strong understanding of counseling theories, techniques and best practices.
- Proficiency in assessment and evaluation tools.
- Proficiency in speaking Mandarin or Hokkien is preferred.
