HR and Admin Officer

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR and Admin Officer to support the company's human resources and administrative operations in a fast-paced IT environment. The role is responsible for managing end-to-end HR functions, ensuring employee engagement, maintaining compliance, and overseeing office administration to support business growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of employees.
  • Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR databases.
  • Monitor attendance, leaves, and timekeeping.
  • Coordinate payroll inputs, compensation, and benefits administration.
  • Facilitate employee onboarding, offboarding, and clearance processes.
  • Support performance management and employee development initiatives.
  • Handle employee concerns, disciplinary matters, and employee relations.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
  • Organize employee engagement activities, training, and company events.
  • Energetic hosting capability for team events, onboarding sessions, and celebrations is a PLUS!
  • Prepare HR reports and maintain HR documentation.
Administration
  • Oversee daily office operations and administrative support.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and company assets.
  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and building management.
  • Handle procurement and administrative documentation.
  • Support company meetings, travel arrangements, and corporate events.
  • Ensure a safe, organized, and productive work environment.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in HR and Administration, preferably in an IT or technology company.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, payroll coordination, and labor compliance.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
