HR and Admin Officer
Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR and Admin Officer to support the company's human resources and administrative operations in a fast-paced IT environment. The role is responsible for managing end-to-end HR functions, ensuring employee engagement, maintaining compliance, and overseeing office administration to support business growth and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of employees.
- Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR databases.
- Monitor attendance, leaves, and timekeeping.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, compensation, and benefits administration.
- Facilitate employee onboarding, offboarding, and clearance processes.
- Support performance management and employee development initiatives.
- Handle employee concerns, disciplinary matters, and employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
- Organize employee engagement activities, training, and company events.
- Energetic hosting capability for team events, onboarding sessions, and celebrations is a PLUS!
- Prepare HR reports and maintain HR documentation.
- Oversee daily office operations and administrative support.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and company assets.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and building management.
- Handle procurement and administrative documentation.
- Support company meetings, travel arrangements, and corporate events.
- Ensure a safe, organized, and productive work environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in HR and Administration, preferably in an IT or technology company.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, payroll coordination, and labor compliance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
