You'll work closely with leadership to ensure our team is well-supported, compliant, and equipped to do their best work. - Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, Accounting or related field
- At least 1-3 years of experience in HR, admin, or payroll-related roles.
- Experience in payroll processing, compensation and disbursements.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting, expense tracking and budgeting.
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets for tracking and reporting.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle confidential employee and financial information.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Experience with government compliance (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) is a plus.
