Program Overview

The Ready Now Program is designed to discover, develop, and empower future professionals in Purchasing and Supply Chain through immersive learning in the poultry industry. It provides structured training sessions, hands on exposure in procurement operations, and mentorship from experienced industry practitioners.

By combining academic learning with real operational experience, the program prepares future professionals who can support efficient procurement processes, supplier coordination, and cost effective purchasing practices in a fast paced production environment.

Qualifications

Graduate of Business related courses, Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, or any related course
Open to fresh graduates and career shifters
Willing to work in farm or plant based operations
Willing to be assigned onsite in Cagayan de Oro
Strong interest in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management
Detail oriented, organized, and willing to learn
Good communication and coordination skills
Open to training and development programs

Key Learning Exposure

Hands on experience in procurement and purchasing operations
Exposure to supplier coordination and inventory flow
Training in purchase order processing and cost monitoring
Mentorship from procurement and supply chain professionals
