HOSPITALITY OPERATIONS ASSISTANT
Job Summary
The Hospitality Operations Assistant supports the daily operations of the facility by assisting in front desk services, housekeeping coordination, and basic marketing activities. This role ensures excellent guest experience, maintains cleanliness and orderliness of the premises, and helps promote services to clients and visitors.
Key Responsibilities- Reception / Front Desk Support
- Welcome and assist guests, clients, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Handle inquiries, reservations, and basic customer concerns.
- Manage check-in and check-out procedures when applicable.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and messages related to bookings and services.
- Maintain visitor logs and coordinate with security personnel if needed.
- Housekeeping Coordination
- Assist in monitoring cleanliness and orderliness of rooms, offices, and common areas.
- Coordinate room preparation and turnover schedules.
- Support inventory monitoring of housekeeping supplies and request replenishment.
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure hospitality standards are met.
- Assist in minor maintenance reporting and follow-ups.
- Marketing and Administrative Support
- Assist in creating and posting social media content and promotional materials.
- Help in organizing events, client visits, and promotional activities.
- Support data gathering for marketing reports and customer feedback.
- Distribute marketing flyers or assist in online inquiries.
- Maintain organized records and assist in basic documentation tasks.
- Graduate of Hospitality Management, Tourism, or any related course.
- With or without experience (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Presentable, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Willing to perform multi-tasking duties (front desk, housekeeping support, marketing assistance).
- Knowledgeable in MS Office applications and social media platforms is an advantage
