About the Role
We are building the next generation of operators for Nephro Specialist in Cebu and nearby provinces.
This is not a typical trainee role. You will be trained to run real operations, manage people, and make decisions that directly impact patients and business performance.
From day one, you will be exposed to real work on the ground dialysis centers, suppliers, construction sites, and leadership discussions.
This is not a desk job.

What You’ll Do- Work directly in dialysis centers across Cebu and nearby areas
- Analyze performance metrics (patient count, utilization, revenue)
- Solve real operational problems on-site
- Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams
- Assist in opening new dialysis centers (site, permits, construction)
- Take on increasing responsibility leading to managing a center or project
Qualifications
Preferred Background- Industrial Engineering / Management Engineering
- Business Administration / Entrepreneurship
- Nursing, Pharmacy, or Medical-related courses
- Engineering (Civil, etc.)
- Strong ownership mindset (takes initiative)
- Organized and structured thinker
- Good communication skills
- Willing to be assigned anywhere in Cebu or nearby provinces
- Driven to grow into a leadership role
- ₱25,000 – ₱30,000 starting salary

Work Setup- Field-based (dialysis centers and project sites)
