Job Title: Recruitment Assistant (UK Client-Facing)

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Assistant to support our UK client-facing recruitment operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment and has strong experience in sourcing, candidate engagement, and coordinating recruitment activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment sourcing activities, including outreach on LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job platforms
  • Manage first responses to applicants and maintain timely candidate communication
  • Conduct high-volume sourcing of candidates aligned with client requirements
  • Generate recruitment leads and proactively convert them into successful hires
  • Coordinate interviews, trade tests, and scheduling with candidates and internal teams
  • Source candidates for trade tests, including models where required
  • May conduct initial screening or first-round interviews as needed
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the recruitment system
  • Work closely with internal teams and UK clients to ensure hiring targets are met
Key Requirements
  • Experience in volume recruitment / high-volume hiring environments
  • Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and similar platforms
  • Proven ability to generate leads and convert candidates into hires
  • Experience coordinating interviews, assessments, or trade tests
  • Strong communication skills, especially in a client-facing role (UK clients)
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Recruitment agency or BPO recruitment experience is highly preferred
