The Reservations Sales Agent is responsible for handling all room reservation inquiries through phone, email, online booking channels, and other communication platforms while delivering exceptional customer service. The role focuses on maximizing room occupancy and revenue by converting inquiries into confirmed bookings, promoting hotel products and services, and ensuring accurate reservation processing.
Qualifications/Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service and sales orientation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
