Role Description

The role involves taking food and beverage orders, serving meals efficiently, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining cleanliness and organization within the dining area while upholding the brand's service standards.

• High school graduate, Senior High School graduate, or College level; a degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is an advantage
• At least 6 months to 1 year of experience as a Server, Waiter/Waitress, or in a customer service role within the food and beverage industry is preferred
• Previous experience in a Japanese restaurant is preferred.
• Knowledge of Japanese cuisine and the ability to communicate in basic Nihongo are considered an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with a strong customer service orientation are encouraged to apply
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused with a positive attitude and professional appearance
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
• Willing to be assigned at Opus Mall, Quezon City
• Can start immediately
