About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Server to join our team at La Spezia', a renowned restaurant located in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Metro Manila. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences to our valued customers.This is a full-time position, and you will be an integral part of our vibrant and dynamic hospitality team.
What you'll be doing- Greet and welcome customers, and guide them to their tables in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide menu recommendations and assist customers with their orders
- Accurately take and process customer orders, ensuring timely delivery of food and beverages
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, ensuring tables are set and reset efficiently
- Respond promptly to customer requests and address any concerns or queries they may have
- Assist with the preparation and presentation of food and beverages as needed
- Follow all food safety and hygiene protocols to ensure a safe dining environment
- Collaborate with the kitchen and management team to provide a seamless dining experience
- Previous experience as a Server or in a customer-facing role within the hospitality industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities to handle a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food and beverage products, including menu items and ingredients
- Proficiency in English and the local language
- A positive, friendly, and professional attitude
