Junior Digital Marketing, HR, and Healthcare Solutions Officer
Role Overview
Are you passionate about digital marketing and helping Filipino employees get better access to healthcare and HR systems? FindShare is looking for a motivated Junior HR/Healthcare Solutions & Digital Marketing Officer to join our growing team.In this role, you will be a digital marketing officer and the primary point of contact for promoting our HR, HMO (Healthcare), and Wellness solutions to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and HR leaders.
Instead of just "selling," you will be helping companies provide essential HR solutions and medical security for their workforce. This is a perfect role for a results-driven professional who enjoys client interaction and wants to build a career in the HR and healthcare technology space.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing: Promote FindShare rewards platform via email, social media, push notifications and other digital channels.
HR Solutions and HMO Promotion: Identify and reach out to SME business owners and HR managers to introduce our cost-effective healthcare and payroll bundles.
Lead Generation: Use digital tools and social media (LinkedIn, Facebook) to build a pipeline of interested companies.Client Presentations: Conduct online and face-to-face presentations to explain the benefits of our healthcare partners and digital platform.
Account Coordination: Assist clients through the onboarding process, ensuring their employees are successfully registered in the system.
Partnership Support: Maintain relationships with our existing "Rewards Partners" to ensure the ecosystem remains active and engaging.

- Experience: At least 1–2 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Sales, or Telemarketing. (Experience in HR or Healthcare is a plus but not required—we will train you!)
- Education: College degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or any related field.
- Skills: * Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and "hunting" for new leads.
- Proficient in basic Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent presentation skills
- Mindset: A "people person" who is persistent, organized, and results-oriented.
