Role Overview
VTSA Power Solutions is building its brand in one of the Philippines' most exciting emerging industries — renewable energy and electric vehicle charging infrastructure. We need a Digital Marketing Officer who can translate complex power solutions into compelling digital content, grow our online presence across multiple platforms, and generate qualified marketing leads that support the sales team's commercial targets.This role is perfect for a creative, data-driven digital marketer who is energized by purpose-driven industries and wants to be part of something pioneering.
What You Will Do
Social Media Management & Content Creation- Manage and grow the company's social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Develop and execute a consistent monthly content calendar aligned to the Power Solutions Division's commercial and brand objectives.
- Create visually compelling and technically credible content — graphics, short-form videos, reels, infographics, and carousel posts — using Canva, Adobe, or equivalent tools.
- Translate complex power solutions topics — solar PV, BESS, EV charging, energy management — into engaging, accessible digital content for target audiences.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries across all social media platforms promptly.
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital advertising campaigns on Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads.
- Develop targeted audience strategies to reach key decision-makers — developers, building owners, facility managers, and energy procurement officers.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics — reach, engagement, CTR, CPL, and ROAS — and optimize spend for maximum lead generation ROI.
- Generate and qualify digital leads; coordinate handover of marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) to the sales team.
- A/B test ad creatives, copy, and audience targeting to continuously improve campaign performance.
- Maintain and update the company website with fresh content, project highlights, product updates, and news.
- Implement basic SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility for Power Solutions products and services.
- Monitor website traffic analytics using Google Analytics and provide monthly performance insights.
- Ensure all digital touchpoints — website, social media, email — are consistent in brand voice, visual identity, and messaging.
- Develop and send targeted email marketing campaigns to prospects, clients, and industry contacts.
- Build and manage email subscriber lists segmented by industry, project type, and buyer stage.
- Coordinate with the sales team to support lead nurturing sequences and client re-engagement campaigns.
- Track email campaign performance — open rates, click-through rates, and conversion metrics.
- Prepare weekly and monthly digital marketing performance reports covering social media growth, ad campaign results, website traffic, and lead generation metrics.
- Present insights and recommendations to the Sales & Marketing Manager for strategy refinement.
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, platform algorithm changes, and best practices in the energy and power industry.
- Monitor competitor digital activities and benchmark the company's online performance against industry peers.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Multimedia Arts, Business Administration, or equivalent
- 2–3 years of hands-on digital marketing experience — experience in a technical, construction, energy, or B2B industry is an advantage
- Proficient in social media management — Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube
- Experienced in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Strong content creation skills — proficient in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or CapCut
- Analytical mindset — comfortable interpreting performance data and translating insights into action
- Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and website content management
- Good understanding of the renewable energy or EV industry is a strong advantage
- Excellent written communication skills — able to write clear, compelling copy for both technical and general audiences
- Creative, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously
