Digital Marketing Lead | Makati

About the Role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives for Digital Diner 2.0 and the So’Eze mobile application. This role will drive brand awareness, user adoption, and engagement through data-driven digital and mobile-first marketing strategies.

You will play a key role in positioning the program in the market, promoting both individual and catering orders, and supporting growth initiatives in close collaboration with Operations and Business Development.

• Develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategies to drive adoption and usage of the So’Eze app
• Lead digital marketing initiatives including campaigns, content, email marketing, and promotions
• Drive mobile app user acquisition, engagement, and retention (ASO, in-app promotions, feature launches)
• Manage and strengthen the brand positioning of Digital Diner 2.0 and So’Eze
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies to maximize ROI
• Collaborate with Business Development, Operations, Digital, and Brand & Communications teams
• Plan and execute client-facing campaigns such as product launches, promotions, festivals, and special offers
• Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing materials (campaign assets, brochures, decks, newsletters, in-app content)
• Promote new menu items and recipes in coordination with internal stakeholders

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 4–5 years of experience in marketing, with strong exposure to digital and mobile app marketing
• Proven track record in delivering successful marketing campaigns
• Experience in food services, technology, or platform-based businesses is an advantage
• Strong brand management, storytelling, and content development skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions
• Excellent communication, presentation, and copywriting skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
• Knowledge of the Philippine food market is preferred
