Role Description

The Regional Manager oversees and manages the overall operations, performance, and growth of multiple branches within the assigned region. This role ensures that all branches meet sales targets, maintain operational excellence, and deliver exceptional customer experience aligned with company standards.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations of all assigned branches to ensure smooth and efficient performance
  • Monitor and drive sales targets and overall branch profitability
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and service standards
  • Analyze sales performance, identify trends, and implement improvement strategies
  • Conduct regular branch visits and operational audits
  • Lead, mentor, and manage Area Supervisors and branch staff
  • Handle escalated customer concerns and ensure resolution
  • Ensure proper staffing, scheduling, and manpower allocation
  • Prepare and submit performance reports and KPI analysis
  • Collaborate with other departments for operational support and alignment
  • Implement company initiatives, promotions, and regional strategies
  • Identify opportunities for business growth and expansion within the region
  • Ensure consistent delivery of excellent customer experience across all branches
  • Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • At least five (5) years of experience in retail, operations, or multi-branch management
  • At least three (3) years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role
  • Strong background in sales, operations, and team management
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Amenable to work in a hybrid set-up and travel within assigned regions
