Job Description:
- Develop regional sales strategies and action plans: Formulate and implement effective sales strategies based on the market characteristics of different regions in the Philippines to enhance the brand's market share.
- Manage and support dealer operations: Oversee the sales management, operational support, and performance monitoring of regional dealers and their secondary dealer channels to ensure the healthy development of the sales network.
- Improve dealer operational efficiency: Utilize the GSSW methodology to conduct operational diagnostics for local dealers, optimizing key indicators such as showroom operations, test-drive management, and team capability to improve overall efficiency.
- Supervise showroom and sales process management: Monitor the implementation of showroom standards and continuously optimize customer reception processes, lead management, test-drive conversion, and vehicle delivery to enhance customer experience and sales performance.
- Plan and execute regional customer acquisition activities: Drive regional promotions, test-drive events, and online lead-generation activities (e.g., Facebook Leads, YouTube campaigns) to increase customer traffic and sales opportunities.
- Dealer relationship management and needs response: Conduct regular dealer visits, gather business needs and market feedback, and coordinate internal resources to address cross-functional issues in sales, logistics, and aftersales, ensuring smooth dealer operations.
- Order management and sales forecasting: Regularly collect dealer orders and provide N+3/N+6 sales forecasts for the Philippines market to support production planning, vehicle allocation, and inventory management.
- Perform other tasks assigned by management: Actively support and execute additional tasks and responsibilities as directed by company leadership.
Job Qualifications:
- Localization market insight capability: Bachelor's degree or above is preferred, with 6 years or more of experience in automotive sales or dealer management in the Philippines; familiar with market characteristics, regional differences, and dealer operation models.
- Dealer development and relationship management capability: Skilled in managing dealer relationships and capable of improving dealer sales performance and optimizing operational processes.
- Possess strong regional market planning and execution capabilities, with a proactive work attitude and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Proficient in using office software such as MS Office, and familiar with CRM or lead management systems commonly used by dealers.
- English can be used as the working language, with good adaptability to the Philippine business culture.
- Willing to accept frequent regional travel.
