QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3 years of experience in Sales or customer support role in sales
- Strong English communication skills
- Organizational and time management abilities
- CSR Sales
- Inbound/ Outbound calls SMS calls email
- Salesfore and Microsoft Office Suite
- Understanding Sales Performance Metrics
- Exp in pioneer and Australian Account
Main Activities and Responsibilities:
Proactively contact small and large businesses through various communication channels, including calls, SMS, and emails, to introduce our services and set the stage for meaningful partnerships.
Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of lead generation strategies across diverse platforms and methods. Employ innovative techniques to identify potential business opportunities, ensuring a consistent pipeline of prospects.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with business partners and clients by providing tailored solutions that meet their needs, thereby fostering long-term collaborations.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of business development activities. Use data-driven insights to refine approaches and achieve targets.
Work closely with internal teams, including operations, product development, and customer service, to ensure a cohesive approach to business growth and client satisfaction.
