Job Description

The position is onsite, offers an early day shift schedule, and is initially for a 1-year project-based contract, with possible extension depending on client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls, emails, and SMS to generate leads and introduce services
• Respond to inbound inquiries and qualify prospects based on business needs
• Customize sales messages based on client pain points and objectives
• Maintain accurate lead records using Salesforce
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless lead handoff and client experience
• Analyze lead conversion and performance metrics for ongoing improvement

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or lead generation (inbound & outbound)
• Strong communication skills verbal and written
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Experience with Australian clients/accounts preferred
• Organized, data-driven, and proactive
• Must be able to report onsite in Pasay and commute within 1 hour from residence
