JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A LEAD GENERATION SPECIALIST
To be a Lead Generation Specialist:
Your Responsibilities as a Lead Generation Specialist:- Own and evolve the company’s lead generation strategy from planning to execution.
- Identify and analyze target industries and companies for outreach.
- Design and manage outreach campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn, phone, and email.
- Analyze KPIs and optimize strategies based on performance data.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with overall business goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers in targeted accounts.
- Manage CRM systems to ensure data accuracy and generate performance reports.
- Explore new tools, trends, and channels for lead generation innovation.
- Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in sales, lead generation, customer service, appointment setting, or a similar industry is strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to develop and lead successful outreach strategies.
- Excellent communication and written skills.
- Excellent computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite and CRM), and applications (Web analytics, Google Adwords, etc.)
- Highly skilled in using LinkedIn and other social media for professional outreach.
- Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Adept at different social media platforms and has good research skills.
- Proven ability to present and communicate with varied customers and clients.
- Excellent listening and customer service skills, and phone demeanor.
- Proactive, coachable, and well-organized.
