Quality control supervisor

Job Description

• Fully responsible for the management of the Quality Department, coordinating QA (Quality Assurance) and QC (Quality Control) work, establishing and maintaining the enterprise's quality system.
• Formulate quality policies and quality objectives, establish quality systems such as ISO and GMP, organize internal audits and management reviews, and ensure the effective operation of the system.
• Formulate IQC, IPQC, FQC, OQC inspection standards and processes, supervise inspectors to strictly implement them, and ensure that product quality meets customer and export standards.
• Be responsible for quality abnormality handling, organize 8D rectification and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), and continuously improve product quality.
• Liaise with customer quality audits and third-party inspections (SGS/BV), handle quality claims and customer complaints, and maintain customer relationships.
• Manage the quality team, conduct quality training, and improve the team's professional capabilities and quality awareness.

• Bachelor's degree or above in Quality Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, or related majors; 3 years or more of QA/QC Manager experience in PEZA export enterprises.
• Familiar with quality systems such as ISO and GMP, proficient in IQC, IPQC, FQC, OQC inspection processes, with rich experience in quality abnormality handling.
• Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing), able to proficiently handle English documents from customers and third-party inspection agencies; proficiency in Filipino is preferred.
• Strong overall management, problem-solving, and communication and coordination skills; rigorous and detail-oriented.
• Knowledgeable in Mandarin is an advantage
