Job description

As QAQC Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and safety of construction projects, contributing to the company's commitment to excellence.

• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor construction progress and identify any quality or safety issues
• Perform quality assurance and quality control tests on construction materials and processes
• Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and company standards
• Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to address quality and safety concerns
• Maintain detailed records and documentation of quality control activities
• Provide technical support and training to construction teams on quality control best practices

• Graduate of Civil Engineering or a related field
• Degree must be specifically in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Construction Engineering
• At least 3 years of experience in a QAQC Engineer role, preferably in the construction industry or in General Construction
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and quality control procedures
• Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings, specifications, and codes
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety
