Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and versatile Marketing and Operations VA to take real ownership of our marketing efforts and provide reliable administrative support across the business. This role centers on managing the full marketing funnel — from social media content and paid advertising through to lead tracking and appointment coordination.
The ideal candidate blends hands-on marketing execution with strong organizational skills and excellent English communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute social media strategy across all relevant platforms, including content scheduling, audience engagement, and community management
- Set up, monitor, and optimize Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising campaigns
- Respond promptly to incoming leads and route qualified prospects to the sales team
- Track all leads through the full marketing pipeline using HubSpot CRM
- Assist with forward planning and proactively communicate upcoming priorities to the relevant team members
- Provide reliable general administrative support to the business owner, including email management and task coordination
- Schedule and arrange meetings, appointments, and client calls as required
- Monitor key marketing performance metrics and deliver regular reporting with concrete improvement recommendations
- Contribute strategic input on marketing initiatives informed by data and relevant industry trends
Mandatory Skills:
- Proven experience managing business social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement
- Hands-on experience with Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising, including campaign setup, monitoring, and ongoing optimization
- Working proficiency in HubSpot CRM or a comparable CRM platform for lead tracking and pipeline management
- Strong understanding of the full digital marketing funnel from lead generation through to conversion
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, including the ability to handle phone calls and coordinate appointments professionally
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal oversight
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities
Preferred Skills:
- Experience providing executive or administrative support to business owners or senior management
- Familiarity with marketing analytics and performance reporting tools
- Background in lead nurturing, email marketing, or drip campaign management
- Ability to manage multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously
- A portfolio or track record of demonstrable results from previous marketing roles
- Experience working across multiple international time zones
