Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Key Account Specialist to manage and grow client accounts within the food service industry. The role is responsible for maintaining strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, handling client concerns, and identifying business opportunities to support company growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain relationships with key food service accounts
- Achieve sales and collection targets
- Conduct regular client visits and business reviews
- Identify new sales opportunities and market trends
- Coordinate with operations and logistics for customer requirements
- Prepare sales reports and account updates
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in food service, FMCG, or account management is an advantage
- Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Willing to travel and do field work
- Must have a Driver License.
