Job Description
We are hiring Chat Support Agents to provide assistance via chat, email, and messaging platforms without phone interaction. This role is ideal for individuals who prefer non-voice support and have strong written communication skills.
Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries via chat or email
- Provide accurate information on products, services, or accounts
- Resolve issues efficiently and professionally
- Log all interactions in the system
- Escalate complex issues to supervisors
- Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction metrics
- Shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Paid training on non-voice tools and procedures
- High School or Senior High School graduate (College preferred)
- Strong written English communication skills
- Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and solution-driven
- Basic computer skills and multitasking ability
- Willing to work onsite in Cebu City
