We are Planas Chuliganas, a European BPO with a 500+ strong team, expanding in Cebu!

We’re looking for a Live Chat Support and Technical Support Specialist who enjoys solving problems, delivering great customer experiences, and continuously improving their skills. If you perform well in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to change, this role is for you.

• Provide real-time technical support via live chat with speed and accuracy
• Troubleshoot basic computing, connectivity, and software-related issues
• Work closely with the team to improve processes and meet monthly targets
• Adapt to changes in tools, workflows, and performance goals
• Maintain excellent attendance to support team performance and service levels

• Live chat support experience is a strong advantage
• Flexible, adaptable, and customer-focused
• Willing to work flexible schedules
• Reliable and consistent with attendance
• At least 1 year work experience in any field, preferably in a BPO setting

• ₱25,000 salary (base + allowance) + up to ₱10,000 performance bonus
