Virtual Concierge Senior Associate- Day Shift
- Minimum 3 years of Executive Assistant or strong administrative experience
- Mid Shift
- Minimum 3 years of Executive Assistant and/or strong administrative experience
- Night Shift
- Minimum 4 years of Executive Assistant experience
- Manage executive calendars, schedules, and appointments
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
- Provide administrative and executive support to stakeholders and leadership teams
- Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
- Organize meetings, conference calls, and executive events
- Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and business documents
- Support project coordination and operational activities
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Deliver exceptional customer service and stakeholder management
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's Degree in any field
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, administration, or a role with transferable skills
- Proven experience in:
- Calendar Management
- Travel Management
- Client Management
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Additional Requirements by Role
Virtual Concierge Senior Associate- At least 3 years of Executive Assistant or strong administrative experience
- At least 3 years of Executive Assistant and/or strong administrative experience
- At least 4 years of Executive Assistant experience
- Experience in Project Management and Event Management
- Experience as an Executive Assistant, Executive Support Specialist, Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant, Concierge Associate, or similar support role
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field is an advantage
- Strong customer service mindset with a proactive approach
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and other productivity tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Interest in digital tools, automation, and emerging technologies
- Experience in project coordination and event management is highly preferred for senior-level roles
