Technical Recruiter

Our client is looking for a driven Technical Recruiter to join their growing team. You’ll be recruiting tech professionals and supporting clients, all based in Australia, across roles in development, infrastructure, digital, and more.
We’re looking for someone with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in recruitment or talent sourcing. If you enjoy sourcing candidates, managing applications, and being involved in the full recruitment process, this might be your next great opportunity.
This role follows a hybrid setup in Cebu City, combining remote work with in-office collaboration.
Your Client:
The client is a boutique recruitment agency based in Australia, specializing in permanent and contract placements within the tech industry — including service delivery, infrastructure, software development, digital, data, and project management.Known for being attentive, agile, and genuine, the team is committed to connecting top talent with exceptional opportunities.
To be successful in this role, you must have the following:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Proven background in HR and recruitment, with hands-on experience in sourcing and interviewing candidates.
- A degree in Psychology, Human Resource Development Management, or a related field is a plus.
- Excellent active listening skills and strong attention to detail in verbal and written communication.
Some of the activities you will be involved in will include:
- Writing and publishing compelling job advertisements on LinkedIn and leading job boards.
- Reviewing and evaluating resumes, LinkedIn profiles, and SEEK profiles to identify qualified candidates.
- Actively sourcing IT professionals through job ads, database searches, and direct outreach.
- Leveraging social media platforms to attract and connect with new talent
- Building and maintaining talent pools to support current and future hiring needs
- Conducting candidate screenings and interviews via phone, Google Meet, or Zoom
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and clients
- Verifying candidates’ references and work rights
- Preparing professional resumes for client submission
- Negotiating competitive offers and outcomes that benefit both candidates and clients
- Managing recruitment for both permanent and contract roles
