The ideal candidate will have a solid background in recruiting top IT talent and possess a keen understanding of the technology landscape. You will play a crucial role in shaping our workforce by identifying and attracting the best candidates in the industry.

• Source and attract candidates using various recruitment methods including social media, job boards, and networking events.
• Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidates qualifications and fit for the role.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT talent for current and future hiring needs.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and provide insights on market trends.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding of new hires.
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and generate reports on recruitment metrics.
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

• 5-10 years of experience in IT recruitment or a related field.
• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
• Strong understanding of various IT roles and technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in sourcing candidates through social media platforms and networking events.
